COVID-19 Test
ℹ️Testing for Covid-19
On March 28th, the Department of Health (DoH) of Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) announced the test service for COVID-19 “drive-through”.
The initiative has immediately been extended to the rest of the United Arab Emirates, with test centers in Dubai, Sharjah (also operating for the emirates of Ajman and Umm al Qaiwain), Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Al Ain and Al Dhafra.
The “drive-through” mode allows a person to take the test while staying in his/her own car.
To book an appointment for the COVID-19 test in Abu Dhabi, contact Estijaba helpline at 800 17 17.
Booking an appointment in Abu Dhabi for COVID-19 can be also done through the SEHA app (available on App Store for Iphone and Google Play for Android).

SEHA plays a crucial role in the war against COVID-19 through initiatives such as transformation of selected hospitals into designated facilities to treat and quarantine positive patients, creation of drive-through facilities in all the emirates, creation of emergency facilities for testing, and, recently, for facilitating the vaccination.
