Abu Dhabi weather makes me euphoric. Perhaps it is that sky, brushed with flashes of turquoise, so beautiful to seem unreal, but, at some point, you lose all sense of the real temperature: even in the hot summer months and in the evenings, when the humidity overcomes you with the smell of sea, and, in the meantime, makes your glasses “fogged”, only beacause you put your nose out of the door.

Abu Dhabi weather : the 3 seasons
My feeling is that the seasons in Abu Dhabi are three:
– The Very Nice Season (mid-October to December)
– The Crisp Season (January to March)
– The Sizzling Season (late May-early October)
The end of April could be considered the period of transition from Crisp Season to Sizzling Season, while the end of October
announces the Very Nice Season.
The Very Nice Season in Abu Dhabi
From mid-October to December, the climate of Abu Dhabi is delicious: average temperatures around 25°-30° or more, and in general it is hot but the heat is tender, “affettuoso” I can say in Italian, as, according to the feeling of many, “seems to wrap you in a hug”.
October is my favorite month in Abu Dhabi, from the second half of the month in which it begins the transition to a temperature comparable to that of the late Sicilian spring.
Even November in Abu Dhabi is a wonderful month. Not surprisingly, it is the month in which take place the outdoor activities, you can enjoy dinner outside, the city comes alive with festivals and events, such as the fantastic Tropfest Arabia , one of my favourites, with a giant screen and cushions directly on the beach (it’s free). I would say that November would be the perfect month in Abu Dhabi, if it were not that clean water and sea temperatures are often appreciated by jellyfish also. On the beaches, however, there is a sign that indicates the presence of jellifish, if any, and angelic lifeguards, ready to rescue you with a magic spray and a smile.
The Crisp Season in Abu Dhabi
From December to March , Abu Dhabi temperatures are around 23-25°, but in the evening the minimum can precipitate of about ten degrees.
During the day, if you want to go to the beach, watch out for the wind sparkling that can make you perceive some degrees less. Even the sea temperature is much cooler and not tolerated by all. The evening is better to have on hand more than a pashmina.
The Sizzling Season in Abu Dhabi
April in Abu Dhabi begins to announce the scorching heat of the hot months, which usually go from May until the first week of October, when the average temperatures are around 30-35° and even surpass 40° in the peak months (July, August and September), with a high humidity .
Even at the beginning of October in Abu Dhabi is still very hot, and as in the peak months, it can happen to swim in the sea in search of relief and feel linke a lobster in a court-bouillon.
